Its maneuverable for its size and has good acceleration. It is made from mostly light armor, but has a protected internal heavy armor command bridge. It has many more weapons and a defense shield of its own. The ship itself however is designed to take the fight to them. It is not meant for open combat, but does have a defense shield, large cannons, and anti-fighter weapons to defend itself from would be raiders, though it is encouraged to make a jump as soon as you can to avoid damage to critical and time consuming repairs. The gyros on board make it realistic, but if you want to turn faster more will be needed. It is equipped with jump drives to get it from planet to planet, or where ever it is needed. It is possible to move the station itself, but its not built to cruise around. The top platform has a small printer for a small repair drone to help assist in repairs. Four red MarmOS welder arms(work in process) can also be used for repairs and building of other ships in the main bay. The storage on the station is substantial, using 12 large cargo containers for raw materials, components, and ammunition. It has a large supply of hydrogen fuel to refuel the Destroyer, or the rest of your fleet. Everything is controlled from the construction control room that has a view of the shipyard as it constructs. Every 10 minutes it will construct a large destroyer in the most complicated manner. However, Second Galaxy is really big: Reaching to a distant target can take literally an hour. Navigation is actually easy: Double-clicking on a target (or any place) will set a route and your ship will start to move, automatically. If you turn auto-combat on, the game will use these automatically.
